「途中で」というのは、「on the way」もしくは「on one's way」を使います。
例えば「家に帰る途中です。」と言う場合は、
I'm on my way home.
となります。
このhomeは副詞なので、名詞のstation（駅）になると、
I'm on my way to the station.
のように「to」が付きます。
ちなみに「on may way」だけだと「今向かってる途中です。」になります。
電話中に話相手の場所に向かってる場合、
I'm on my way.
（今向かってます。）
と表現できます。
